We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, with you, and vendors for our maintenance scenarios. Protecting and maintaining your home and your investment is a top priority for us.

Vendor bills and receipts are posted monthly with Owner Statements and are available through our online Owner Portal. Resolute does not have a percentage maintenance mark up on owner invoices.

In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will submit the necessary documents to the appropriate attorney for the county your property is located in to ensure a prompt and expedient process to regain possession of your investment.
