Are you licensed?
Resolute Property Management is a fully licensed Real Estate Brokerage. All Property Managers are fully licensed Real Estate Brokers. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, your owner funds can be deposited directly into your account. Due to it transmitting through a Trust Account, the funds can take up to 3 banking days to settle after you have been notified of the initiation of the funds. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you can sign the lease or you can advise your Resolute Agent to sign on your behalf. -
Do you have any mark up or fees associated with maintenance?
No, we do not mark up vendor costs and do not apply a maintenance handling fee. The invoice that comes to Resolute regarding a repair, is the cost that is charged to you, for payment to that vendor. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
If unoccupied, we can start at any time of the month. If occupied, it is typically best to start management on the first of the month. However, due to some management needs being immediate, it is possible to transition an occupied property into our management model other than the first of the month. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, fourplexes, single family homes and executive rentals. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Resolute holds security deposits in a Trust Account throughout the tenancy.
