Can you hold a place before I apply?
A property is only held after an applicant has been accepted, signed a lease and paid the required security deposit. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
A security deposit is ONLY for the purpose of payment toward damages regarding the property and lease terms and are not to be used for any rent payment. -
Do you allow smoking in any rental properties?
There is no smoking allowed within a rental property or any attached or detached garage or near entryways thereof that would allow smoke to penetrate to the interior. Residual smoke smell can be considered damage to a rental. -
Is the deposit refundable?
If the property is left in the same condition as move in, your deposit will be returned. Any damages above normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

Preferred method is through your online portal. It also offers a cash pay method for our tenants convenience. A tenant can also send in certified funds by mail.I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Confirm that your rental property allows pets and then submit the type, age and size you want to adopt and get a Resolute Agent to provide you with written permission that the owner will allow the pet. Upon pet adoption, you will need to sign a Pet Addendum and pay a non-refundable Pet Fee.I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

The owner is responsible for paying most maintenance items because they are related to maintenance and repair of the rental. If a repair is caused by tenant misuse or negligence, which would be validated by the professional repair vendor, the repair cost will be charged back to the tenant. Gutter cleaning, yard care and monthly filter replacement for the HVAC system are examples of other tenant responsibilities unless they are specified in the lease as an owner or HOA service.
