Rental Qualifications
Resolute welcomes inquiries to confirm whether or not there are other current applications pending/processing for your rental of interest or for any other questions you may have regarding rentals or the application process.
Owners/landlords make final decision of accepting or declining applications. If you are accepted for a property, a security deposit is required to hold the property. Other applications can be considered and accepted until the security deposit is received.
No refunds will be offered to applicants once the application is submitted and fee is paid. No exceptions. Be aware property status changes can be delayed in showing up on Resolute's website and other on line marketing platforms. We welcome any questions and can assist you during business hours Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
The application approval process takes 2 to 3 business days. Notifying your current landlord and employer to respond to verification inquiries quickly will expedite your processing time. Failure to provide needed information in a timely manner can result in your application being declined or another completed application being accepted.
The following are rental qualifying guidelines:
- Minimum 600 Credit Score (Transunion)
- Rent not to exceed 1/3 of verifiable gross income
- No evictions in last 5 years
- No money owed to previous landlords or management companies
- No convictions of violent crimes or sex crimes
- No convictions of manufacture and/or distribution of illegal controlled substances
- No one listed on a sex offender registry
Feel free to supply any additional information that you would like considered during the application review process.
Upon approval of your application by the landlord, Resolute Property Management will contact you to begin the next steps regarding your lease and tenancy set up.
No smoking is allowed in rental properties including, but not limited to, garages, covered outdoor living, decks and screened porches. Again, the landlords/owners make final decisions on accepting or denying rental applications.
